If the website has gone a little quiet it’s because I’m happy to report that Operability has had a busy year.
This year we have:
Project managed development of Human Factor (HF) training for maritime vessel inspectors
Designed and built HF guidance, communication materials and training for companies, officers and ship crews in the supertanker sector
Written the human factor policy for a government defence organisation
Chaired a summit meeting of international industry bodies to agree human factor principles and priorities for working together
Spoken on human performance at company and industry body events.
Thanks to everybody we have worked with on these projects. Operability is all about collaboration, and together we are making a difference and supporting people to be successful.
